Mr. Paiboon Wongchotsathit, CEO and second-generation owner of OP Fruits, has been a pivotal leader in the company’s growth and success, as well as a key figure in the growth of Thailand’s agricultural export sector on the global stage.
A five-term, 10-year President of the Thai Fruit Exporters Association (2011–2021), Mr. Paiboon’s expertise is nationally recognized. He serves on the Ministry of Commerce War Room committee as a senior consultant, advising on policies that advance Thailand’s agricultural sector and fruit trade promotion. Committed to knowledge-sharing and industry development, he frequently lectures at leading universities and represents Thailand globally as a spokesperson for excellence and innovation in Thai agriculture.
Beyond trade, Mr. Paiboon is deeply committed to strengthening Thailand’s farming communities. He works closely with growers as a long-term partner—guiding them on market trends, crop selection, yield optimization, and profitability, through continuous research and development within OP’s own farms and consulting for contract farms. Understanding that agriculture is seasonal and livelihoods depend on each harvest, his focus remains on maximizing value for farmers and building sustainable, profitable farming businesses across Thailand.
