OP began as a family business, built on trust, hard work, and a deep respect for the land. From the very beginning, we believed that Thailand grows some of the finest fruit on Earth—and that it deserves to be shared with the world.
What started as one family’s commitment to quality has grown into a global mission: to carry the best of Thailand beyond our borders, and bring Thailand's smiles to every plate and every family around the world.

OP began more than half a century ago by Mr. Tian Boon Sae Ngo, rooted in a family-run foodstuffs exporter known as Namjaroen International. Supplying Hong Kong with Thai products ranging from seafood to fresh produce, the business was built on trust, relationships, and consistency at a time when Thailand's export sector was still in its infancy.
In the late 1980s and early 1990s, Namjaroen was divided among family members, each sibling overseeing each sector of the business. Our founder Paiboon Wongchotsathit evolved his share into Siam Green Fresh Fruits, sharpening focus on fresh fruits as global demand for Thai produce grew, prioritizing quality and export reliability.
By the early 2000s, the company entered its next chapter as OP Fruits (originally Oriental Produce). New product lines such as vegetables were introduced, and the OP Pomelo quickly grew as our best seller, selling out every season for over 20 years.
Today, more than 60 years since its beginnings, OP has grown into one of Thailand’s largest exporter of fruits globally — transforming a family legacy into a leading force in Thailand’s global fruit trade.
